Support Local Producers with a Quality Butchering Service
Family-Owned
Quality Butchering Service
St. Anthony Meats, has been a long endeavored mission to provide a quality slaughter and processing service in central North Dakota. Brothers Scott and Steve Gotta have been in the meat processing trade for several years and were both born and raised in Bismarck. Through many fall hunting seasons it became a tradition of processing deer for family and friends, to now servicing a whole region of cattle producers in a time of rising beef prices at the store. Together, they bring experience from USDA inspection standards and a commitment to high yielding processing so that you get the most out of your animal. Our mission is to make a positive impact for the local area with our consistent and reliable processing services. Starting May 4th of 2026, we hope to "meat" the demand for local custom processing and sausage making - from local producer direct to consumers.
